A video spot for the event depicts the rigorous training regiment of one dedicated athlete as he prepares for the Allen Challenge. This video can be seen on the video page of this website. AllenChallenge.com showcases the details of the competition along with some entertaing training tips. The Ikea Allen Challenge is a global furniture building competition held in conjuction with the release of the 2011 catalog.
